From afar this river looks little more than a mountain stream, alas, it has one of the steepest decent on a paddle-able river in Nepal and it’s huge water flow tumbles down from Tibetan high plains and makes some of the wildest rapids in the worlds. At it’s height, after the monsoon, this river is a 16 km white jungle and one hell of a wild ride, at its low it’s aformidabl splash and bash trip. For sure the Bhote Koshi is one of the most exiting rivers in Nepal and found only three hours from Kathmandu, it’s a must do for all adrenaline junkies.
